I have been using Jovie services since last 4 years, we have had baby sitters on and off these last couple of years. They have some good baby sitters but some of the baby sitters shouldn’t get to work ( I wish I could use some names but it’s ok) I had a pretty bad week with the baby sitters ( a lot of times they would cancel last minute or if they show up they stay on there phone most of the time while kids are on there own) until I got Safa from Jovie. She came as the result of my prayers. We were so lucky to have met Safa, She was kind, caring and amazing with kids. She showed up on all the committed days, she had so much energy to play with kids and kept them entertain. While at work I knew my kids were in safe hands. So 100% highly recommend Safa,. thank you Safa for all your love and care. Hope we get to see you again.
We hired Jovie for the past two years (2023 & 2024) to provide a "Kids Club" setting for our Medical Group's annual conference at the Hyatt Huntington Beach Resort and Spa. Over three days, Chris Evans (owner/manager) and her team of minions created a safe, fun and enjoyable event for the all the kids (ages 6 months - 12 years). Our physician parents felt safe and comfortable leaving their children in the capable hands of Chris and team. The kids were excited to return and look forward to our 2025 Conference where we will be hiring Jovie once again. Highly recommend Jovie's service.
I started working for this company about 6 years ago. I left for several years due to school and relocation. Starting in 2022, I started working for Chris Evans, the owner of Jovie Newport Beach, once again. I can say that she carries herself with empathy, understanding, and professionalism, which is seen throughout all aspects of the company. She also believes in maintaining quality customer care, making her a very involved owner.
