My passion for helping others extends beyond business — I’ve contributed to several charitable organizations, including the Special Olympics, where I had the rewarding opportunity to help children reach their goals and build confidence.
As the franchise owner of Jovie of Park Cities, I’m committed to connecting local families with dependable, engaging nannies, babysitters, and tutors who serve as positive role models. I’m proud to offer trusted childcare and educational solutions to families throughout Dallas, Highland Park, and University Park.
When I’m not working, I enjoy playing golf, reading, traveling, and visiting my hometown of St. Louis to spend time with family and friends. At Jovie, my goal is to help strengthen families and make a meaningful impact in the Park Cities community.

A graduate of Dallas Jesuit College Preparatory School, I earned my degree in Economics from Texas A&M University before beginning a 32-year career with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. During my time there, I held various leadership roles and most recently served as Vice President of Fleet Management for North Texas.
Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about mentoring others, building strong teams, and creating growth opportunities — values I now bring to our work at Jovie of Park Cities, where we connect families with exceptional childcare and tutoring professionals.
I’m proud to serve on the Board of Directors for St. Anthony's Charter School and remain actively involved in supporting education and youth development in our community. In my free time, I enjoy staying active and following a wide range of sports.

Hi! I’m Mariela, and I’m proud to serve as the General Manager of Jovie of Park Cities, where we specialize in connecting families across Highland Park, University Park, and the greater Dallas area with exceptional nannies, babysitters, and tutors.
My journey with Jovie began in 2016 as a part-time sitter while pursuing my Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations. After graduation, I joined the team as a Social Media Coordinator and later transitioned into a full-time role as Recruiting and Role Model Manager. Having worked directly with families and children, I understand firsthand the importance of finding the right caregiver and supporting our team members in the field.
Now in my leadership role, I’m focused on improving our operations, supporting our caregivers, and helping Jovie continue to grow as a trusted childcare provider in the Dallas community.
Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring new neighborhoods, restaurants, and events around Dallas — there’s always something exciting to discover!

Hello! I’m Joanna, Recruiting Coordinator at Jovie of Park Cities, where I help bring talented, compassionate caregivers onto our team to serve families across Dallas, Highland Park, and University Park.
I joined Jovie in 2018 as a sitter while completing my undergraduate studies at the University of North Texas. I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Rehabilitation Services with minors in Criminal Justice and Human Development and Family Sciences in 2020, followed by a Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration with a focus on Rehabilitation Services in 2022.
After several years of hands-on experience as a nanny, I transitioned into my current role where I provide training, guidance, and resources to new hires — helping them succeed and grow as childcare professionals.
In my free time, I love creating art, reading, and exploring new experiences around Dallas, from scenic hikes to hidden gem restaurants.

Hi! I’m Nayeli, Scheduling Manager for Jovie of Park Cities and Richardson. I started with Jovie in 2020 as a sitter, where I gained hands-on experience supporting families and children across the DFW area. In 2022, I transitioned into my current role, where I now oversee scheduling to ensure our families are consistently matched with the right caregivers for their needs.
Having started in the field myself, I understand the importance of clear communication, flexibility, and building trust with both caregivers and families. I’m passionate about creating smooth, reliable childcare experiences for everyone we serve.

At Jovie of Park Cities, we know that our success starts with our incredible team of nannies, babysitters, and support staff — and we recently celebrated them with a high-energy Team Appreciation Day at the Game Show Battle Room in Dallas!
The event featured a lively and competitive game show-style challenge: Texas Chicas vs. Girl Bosses. Both teams brought energy, teamwork, and a lot of laughs, but the Texas Chicas came out on top, showcasing their collaboration and competitive spirit.
This fun-filled day was more than just a celebration — it was a chance to recognize the dedication, hard work, and passion our team brings to families across Park Cities, Richardson, and the greater Dallas area.
