Franchise Owner
The Jovie franchises have one common goal- to Build Stronger Families®. Sharon Ragland-Keys knew her 18 years in Human Resources Leadership roles combined with her passion for helping others made owning a Jovie franchise an easy decision. As a working parent, Sharon identified the need for an agency like Jovie, and since opening in 2009; she has been dedicated to providing nanny and tutoring role models for families across Southeastern Michigan. Sharon hopes to continue Jovie’s vision and is committed to helping families and her employees have an amazing experience.
Emily K.
Family Placement Manager
Emily currently works as the Family Placement Manager. Prior to this role, they worked as the Recruiting Coordinator, a nanny and a lead teacher in both infant and toddler classrooms in child care centers. Emily graduated from Western Michigan University in 2019 with a BS in Child and Family Development. With their education and experience, they possess a strong understanding of child development and are passionate about providing excellent care and support to families. They are committed to matching families with nannies who are not only skilled in providing childcare but who can also contribute to building stronger family relationships.
Jennifer B.
Talent Specialist
Jennifer is our Talent Specialist for our Jovie team. She joins us with a master’s degree in Political Management from George Washington University, and an undergraduate degree in Public Relations with minor in Political Science from Slippery Rock University. As previous career nanny of almost a decade, Jennifer understands the importance of that “unicorn” caregiver. Jennifer has a personable yet intuitive approach to matching families with their caregiver. She takes immense pride in sourcing, vetting, screening, and matching the best caregivers to a given family’s needs. In her free time Jennifer can often be found out and about with her Golden Retrievers or spotted at a concert in the area.
